Overview
Veltrix innovation contributed to an enterprise survey and analytics platform that helps organizations collect structured feedback, evaluate performance, and generate AI-powered improvement recommendations.
Challenge
Organizations lacked a structured way to turn employee and client feedback into actionable insights. Existing tools were too generic or lacked intelligent analysis — leaving data unused after collection and forcing manual interpretation by HR and leadership teams.
Architecture & Scope
The platform covered the full survey lifecycle:
- Survey Creation: Multi-type evaluation forms including My360-style assessments
- Feedback Workflows: Employee and client feedback with configurable distribution and response tracking
- Analytics Dashboards: Response aggregation, visual reporting, and trend analysis across teams
- AI Recommendations: Automated analysis of results to surface actionable business improvement areas
Technical Approach
The application was built using ASP.NET and .NET for the backend, with Angular powering the frontend dashboards. AI integration analyzed survey response patterns to generate structured business improvement suggestions. Reporting supported both individual-level and organizational-level insights with configurable export options.
Impact
The platform enabled organizations to move from raw feedback collection to structured, AI-assisted decision-making — reducing manual analysis effort and creating a repeatable, scalable process for identifying performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
